Microgreens Business Blueprint Subscription Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to your subscription to the Microgreens Business Blueprint Program, offered by Microgreens Consulting Inc., owned and operated by Jonah Krochmalnek.

By purchasing, subscribing to, enrolling in, or accessing the Program, you agree to the following Terms.

1. Purpose and Scope

The Program provides education, training, tools, and resources designed to help individuals build and grow a profitable microgreens business.

This may include access to digital course materials, templates, coaching, community resources, and proprietary software tools such as Microgreens IQ and Microgreens CoPilot.

2. Subscription Access

The Program is offered on a subscription basis.

Your subscription gives you access to the Program and its included features only while your subscription is active and in good standing.

If your subscription is cancelled, expires, or fails to renew, your access to the Program, including course materials, coaching, community resources, software tools, and related resources, may end at the end of your current billing period.

Access is licensed to you personally and is not sold permanently.

3. Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

After your billing period ends, your access to the Program and all included resources will end unless you resubscribe.

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing. It does not refund past payments.

4. No Guarantees or Promises

We are committed to providing high quality education and practical business tools. However, your results depend on your own effort, application, experience, location, market, and circumstances.

We do not guarantee any specific financial results, business growth, income, customers, or performance outcomes.

Success stories, testimonials, and examples are shared to show what is possible. They are not a promise or guarantee of your results.

5. Educational and Informational Use Only

All Program materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

They are not intended as professional financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

You are responsible for your own business decisions and are encouraged to consult qualified professionals when needed.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials within the Program, including videos, documents, templates, spreadsheets, software tools, calculators, coaching materials, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Microgreens Consulting Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may use the Program materials for your own personal learning or internal business use only.

You may not reproduce, share, resell, sublicense, distribute, copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Program or its materials for commercial purposes.

You may not share your login credentials or allow others to access the Program through your account.

Any breach of this section may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Software Tools

Access to Microgreens IQ and Microgreens CoPilot may be included as part of your subscription.

The software is provided as is for business management, planning, and financial analysis support.

We do not guarantee that the software will be error free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or browsers.

You are responsible for entering accurate data, interpreting software outputs, and making your own business decisions.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to replicate any part of the software.

8. Coaching and Community

If your subscription includes group coaching, private coaching, or community access, that access is provided for education and guidance only.

Results are not guaranteed.

We may record coaching sessions for educational, training, and quality assurance purposes.

You may not record, share, repost, or distribute coaching calls, community discussions, or private Program content without written permission.

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the Program or community for abusive, inappropriate, dishonest, or harmful conduct.

9. Technology and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the internet connection, hardware, software, browser, and devices required to access the Program and software tools.

We are not responsible for technical interruptions, service outages, login issues, platform disruptions, or compatibility issues beyond our reasonable control.

10. Changes to the Program

We may modify, enhance, update, replace, remove, or discontinue parts of the Program or software at any time.

This may include lessons, resources, coaching, software features, pricing, bonuses, and included materials.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Microgreens Consulting Inc., its owner, affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your participation in the Program or use of the software.

This includes business losses, crop losses, software issues, technical issues, customer issues, financial losses, or decisions made based on the Program materials.

Your sole remedy for any claim related to the Program shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Microgreens Consulting Inc. in the three months before the claim arose.

12. Assumption of Risk

You understand that starting and running a microgreens business involves risk.

These risks may include financial loss, crop failure, equipment problems, customer loss, market changes, food safety issues, and other business challenges.

You assume full responsibility for your own business decisions and outcomes.

13. Confidentiality

Any proprietary or confidential information shared by the Company or other participants within the Program must remain confidential.

This may include discussions, templates, resources, strategies, coaching content, shared data, and internal business information.

You may not disclose or use this information for competitive purposes.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Program if you violate these Terms, misuse the Program, share access, infringe upon our intellectual property, or engage in abusive, inappropriate, or harmful conduct.

If your access is terminated for violating these Terms, no refund will be provided.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in the Program shall be resolved in Ontario, Canada.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Microgreens Consulting Inc. and supersede any prior communications, discussions, or agreements relating to the Program.

17. Acknowledgment

By subscribing to or accessing Microgreens Business Blueprint, Microgreens IQ, Microgreens CoPilot, or any related resources, you acknowledge that:

You have read and agree to these Terms.

You understand this is a subscription.

You may cancel anytime.

Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund past payments.

Your access continues only while your subscription is active.

You understand that results depend on your own effort, implementation, experience, location, market, and circumstances.

You understand that no specific income, business, or financial outcome is guaranteed.

You enter this agreement voluntarily and without reliance upon any promises beyond those stated in these Terms.
